Corporate Wellbeing & Private Counselling

A graduate of Trinity College Dublin (MA Philosophy & Sociology), I worked for a number of years in Public Relations, Marketing and Event Organisation in the Middle East and United States.  When I returned to Ireland in 2000, I worked with the local Partnership Company in Co Mayo for three years where I devised and delivered communications and ‘soft skills’ training to various community groups.  During this time I re-trained as a Hypnotherapist and Solutions Focused Counsellor.

I have been self-employed since 2004 working with both individuals and corporate sector throughout Ireland.
